Shipping is included in the displayed USD price of PBH products. No shipping coupon or minimum purchase is required. Taxes and any applicable discounts are confirmed at checkout. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

Delivery area

PBH fragrance orders ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship PBH fragrance orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses. Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch and transit

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, transit typically takes another 1–3 business days. These are estimates, and delays may occur. Tracking will be provided for your PBH order.

Your PBH order

Review your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted for fulfillment. PBH fulfills eligible fragrance orders through its dropship suppliers and remains responsible for PBH orders and customer support. Contact us if an order is damaged, incorrect or has not arrived as expected.
